Having lost the council aid that allowed them to keep their rehearsal venue, the women’s choir that Rita belongs to is about to fold up. Now the group must decide whether or not to accept sponsorship by one of the companies causing the most pollution in the valley.

Graduate in Audiovisual Communication (UPV-Bilbao), Theory of Editing (EICTV Cuba), Master in Film Directing and Master in Film Business (ESCAC). She directed the feature Voces de papel, which premiered in San Sebastián, and the short films Adri, Polvo somos and Cuerdas. Cuerdas premiered at the 2022 International Critics’ Week in Cannes. She is now developing her first feature – 20,000 Species of Bees – chosen for the Berlinale Co-Production Market.
